ORDER YOUR PACKS OF CARDS

Each pack sends hope to 10 Ohio Inmates. Help us reach our goal of 20,000 Inmates given hope this Christmas.

WRITE AN UPLIFTING MESSAGE

Follow the writing guide that is included in each pack + speak life and hope into those you are writing a card for.

No, seriously. If you are done writing the cards – just stop, sit back and relax and then proceed to the next step.

On Friday, December 18th, DROP IT LIKE IT’S HOT and “DROP” all your cards in the mail and share on social media.

WHAT IS THE DROP?

The Drop is a combined effort to send Christmas Cards, full of joy and love, to people who are in prison. We call it The Drop because on a set day before Christmas everyone who signs up to write cards will “drop” the cards in the mail on that day. We do this to flood the prisons with cards of hope and joy of the Christmas spirit.

WHY DO THE DROP?

Prisoners probably aren’t at the top of many Christmas card lists. There is a reason that each person is in prison, however, that does not mean they are undeserving of love and compassion. The holiday season can be an especially lonely and difficult time for people who are in prison. For many, the card we send may be the only piece of mail they will receive all year. Christmas is the time of year that every person, no matter where they are, deserve some holiday cheer.

Where Do I Get Cards?

You are in luck! You are on the correct page for ordering your FREE packs of Christmas Cards. Just scroll up to the top and you will find the Christmas Cards. They come in packs of 10. We have made it convenient by offering a quick order with 1 pack, 3 packs, 5 packs, or 10 packs of cards.

When Do I Mail Them?

You will “DROP” your cards in the mail on Friday, December 18th, 2020!

If you finish the cards before them, just hold on to them and wait. By dropping them all on the same day – we will flood the prison system with hope and love.

How Does Local Pick Up Work?

After you order, you will be sent information on the exact location for your Local Pickup. It is located in Canal Winchester.

What If I Am Missing Cards/Envelopes?

Unfortunately, packing 20,000 Christmas Cards isn’t the easiest thing, and mistakes happen.

All you need to do is, send an email to contact@continuethestory.org and we will get it all taken care of.

How Much Does The Drop Cost?

The Drop is FREE! We cover all the costs associated with the Christmas Cards and Stamped Envelopes.

We simply ask, that if you are not local to Columbus, Ohio area that you pay for the shipping of the Christmas Cards to you.

What Do I Write?

Our mission is to send uplifting messages filled with love, joy, and hope!

You can send quotes, a fun story, jokes, and encouraging messages. For your convenience, included in each pack a list of example letters and messages you can write as well.

What Is Included In Each Pack?

Each pack includes the following: 10 Christmas Cards, 10 Stamped Envelopes with our Return Address, a Writing Guide, and your List of Names of who to write to.

Is This Family Friendly?

Absolutely! This is a way to serve and love on those in prison as a family.

Your kids can draw a picture in pen along with your message of hope!
